Day 19 of Runners' World Streak Challenge

Wow! I have been consistent and am running at least one mile each day. I just returned from an early morning run and wish I had more time because it was so peaceful and the weather is perfect (no rain).

I am starting to have to plan for my run and make sure I get it done before I do anything else. That way I won't say I am too tired. I like doing a morning run. It is a good way to start the day.

    I agree with the morning exercise routine. It's too easy to come up with an excuse later in the day.
