July 1st will mark 4 years of trying to lose 41lbs. I have dealt with medical issues and chronic pain that has gotten in the way of that goal. When I weighed on Wednesday I had about 7lbs to get to that number. I'm trying not to obsess over a number, really I am, but 4 years to meet that goal which I was on track to meet at just over the year mark before other things got in the way, is frustrating. I'm here. I'm persevering. I still have my 240 signs up in my house. Now that the 4 year mark is so close I really am more motivated to make a push towards that number.
Goals for today:
Water, water, water, and tea only. If available, limit self to one glass of wine or sangria at game night. --80oz so far + 16oz of tea

Make Cowboy Candy for birthday presents (candied jalapenos)
Get in 3500 steps today-3435... so close. I didn't check what they were and all of a sudden it was midnight and my fitbit had reset. Oh well.
