I had gone up a few pound from slacking but have been getting back in gear this week. I'm down to 270.0 (only -0.8 since my lowest SP weigh-in several weeks ago, but approximately -4.0 from my highest "slacking weight" since that weigh-in). Despite the recent increase, I'm feeling pretty good about "getting back in the saddle" (as I said in a recent blog) and getting my weight back on track.
I'll be honest, if I had more time this morning and didn't have to hustle to get ready for work in a minute, I probably would have held off on getting dressed and eating/drinking anything for the next hour just to get the chance of possibly seeing a 269.whatever on the scale.
Well, in a few days. Let's actually shoot for any time next week. Between now and Sunday night, I have 3-4 meals which I will have little control over (2-3 of them being at a restaurant). So, although I have no intention on stuffing myself with awful options, I don't want to set myself up for failure by saying "I expect to see a 269 on that scale tomorrow" especially when today could have even been a random downward-flux.
So there we have it. My goal for next week is to get anywhere into the 260s!
