So I am going to my mother's house for the weekend. Also known as: I am walking into a den of bad food and guilt. I am not going to track this weekend, it will be just one more thing to be neurotic about, but I am going to try to do the intuitive eating - eating what I want in the quantity that I want when I want it. I am also going to be working out - my sister is a runner and we've already scheduled time together to run.
I was 160 this morning. It will be interesting to see what I am on Monday or Tuesday :-P
In other news, I am going to an Indian wedding in about 6 weeks and I want to try to wear a sari. I have a month to cram in as many sit-ups as possible :-P It's a high school friend, so there will be people there I haven't seen in more than 10 years. I want to look gooooood. I know I am already thinner than I was in high school, and definitely more confident, but I still feel the need to look *extra* good for a few people I know will be there.
The cattiness never goes away, does it?
Anyway, it's a goal to work toward. Onward!
