Day 30
I departed from Plan yesterday. I truly meant to walk in the morning but it was raining unrelentingly all morning long and into the early afternoon when we had to leave the house.

Spent a splendid afternoon at MILs visiting with her and DH's brother and wife. Unexpectedly, we went to dinner with everyone for pizza. I was good with my salad, and not so good with the pizza. On a positive through that meal, I avoided the fried appetizer and the deep fried Buffalo chicken wings AND leftovers on the table got left behind intentionally.

So, I need to walk this morning, more than ever. Time to hop right back on Plan.

DAY 31
A beautiful cool clear morning, so perfect for my walk. Grand baby is coming today, so I need to be super organized. DH's brother is coming over to watch golf with DH for the afternoon. It has accelerated my cleaning program, as I ready for Saturday.

While Arden naps for 3 hours, SIL and MIL would like me to go out to lunch with them and not sure what else. I am torn between wanting to spend time with my family and getting ready for Saturday / client work. The only things I am sure about are my walk and some tidying up and cleaning the bathroom. Oh, and healthy, clean eating today.

Time with family
Undaunted by yesterday's "off plan" behavior, I'm right back in the saddle today.
Beautiful weather

"just do it"

Wishing you a healthy and fit day!
