Necessity is the Mother of invention

Reinventing yourself begins with reimagining yourself.

I am working on changing my attitude from I can't to yes, yes I can.

The greatest test of whether you can do something is just doing it. Limits are only there if you put them on yourself. They don't exist except inside your mind.

Here's to stretching beyond self imposed boundaries and daring to believe!

Who do you reimagine yourself to be?

I visualize myself being active and energetic. I will be a can-do person because I will not have anything holding me back. No bad attitude or body image, no toxic relationships. Just peace and positive energy.

I envision myself healthier and also making peace with myself.

I think fear of the unknown - fear of the thin stranger within are great limiters for me.

You know, you really really hit a note with me. I look at this journey as a reinvention of myself, too, on so many levels. It's more of an emotional journey than it is physical for me.

What do I reimagine myself to be? I want to like myself again and not be disappointed in myself.

You're doing great! Keep it up!

Still myself, just more at peace and in tune with myself. What about you?
