Day 2 on Sparkpeople! I literally spent hours on here yesterday.
I love this website/community, it is exactly what I needed! Especially the support system!
I ate 1200 calories yesterday and exercised for 35 minutes. Good start! Now the weekend is approaching and I have night shifts all weekend at the senior home I work at. I actually do not find it very hard to eat healthy during those shifts, but I usually have a hard time exercising in the daytime when I work night shifts! I think I´ll do some of the video´s here on sparkpeople. I tried a 14 minute Bollywood workout yesterday and it was a great workout!
I´m going to the gym today with my friend. It´s always good to have a gym buddy who keeps you accountable. I´m more likely to skip the gym if I´m by myself, but if I know someone is waiting for me there, I won´t! I usually go with my sister, and I´m lucky because she just graduated with a B.S. in Physical Education and during her education, she also got into weight lifting, so she has been showing me new exercises.
