Ok, I've worked night shift for 6 years. Love it. Couldn't pay me enough to work another shift. That being said, I Never know what to do with my calorie log -either on the days that I start my stretch - MaSsIvE calorie overload, d/t being up for 24 hours and I'm eating 2500-3000Kcal between about 6 meals. Or on my Recovery days (the first day off shift) that I usually end up sleeping about 16-20hrs to recoup, and eat maybe 1-2 meals max usually for a total of about 600-900Kcal. If the days were back to back I could justify shuffling a meal or two off on the next day. Unfortunately their not - usually 6 on 8 off. And that doens't count the times around the holidays when the regualar schedule is fubar, and I end up as one day on, one day off. Looking for some feedback as to what other people do? Thanks!
