Wake-up call

I think the Spark-iverse is trying to tell me I need to get back on here and be more active in the community.

First a goodie & note from a challenge-buddy (from a challenge that i started and dropped off of), another note from someone else, and then the weekly spark-email highliting a post about those long-lost sparkers that just seem to drop into non-existence. Yep - I took the hint!

I've been in a rut with not exercising and eating garbage, so this was my wake-up call, my kick in the behind - I don't want to be one of those 'gone & forgotten'!!

So, I'm back. And I am going to try to blog my weekly status. Good, bad, insignificant, whatever!

This week so far: Back on track, mostly.

*Mon - Got up early (yay!) - 30min Elliptical, 15 Pushups - No Girlie ones here!

*Tues - Didn't workout in the am, but set it in my mind (somehow!) to do it at night. - 12min Kickstart Cardio video, 13 Pushups

*Wed - Well, almost - but I'm still counting it! Ab & Glute flexes continuously on my 1hr AM commute (fun night out w/ family lasted longer than planned)

*Thur - Made up for Wed! - Legs & Arms videos, 20min Elliptical, 14 Pushups (almost doing them without a break again - maybe by next week!)

My Plan for the weekend: I CAN DO THIS!!!

*Fri - Wake up Early - Abs video, 15min Elliptical, 15 Pushups ///DONE!!!////
*Sat - this is a tough one... 30min Elliptical - after waking up, before coffee (ugh!)
*Sun - even tougher - Legs & Arms videos, 15min Elliptical (...maybe...)

Consistency is Key!!! That should be enough to get me started.

Then its on to re-join my 10lb/10wk Challenge for the next round.
