* 7 hours of sleep. Yeah!
* 55 minutes very slow walk.
* 2 sets of 5 minutes of shoulder/arm exercise. 32 reps for each of the 4 exercises.
* 40 minutes isometric abs.
* Reasonable calorie input.
* Arm/shoulder seems good. Can hardly wait for PT.
