I did it..I walked today..First I biked over to the school and walked on their track for .25 miles.. ( Round trip to school on bike is 2.5 miles). Then this afternoon I walked for a mile with the DVD "Walk It" by Leslie Samson...I could have her spelling off, but oh well. Tonight I still have to bike on the recumbent bike for another 4 miles..Then I am finished for the day. I too have stayed within my 1200 calorie limit..I am so thankful to be able to do this. The Lord is good to me.
I read some inspirational testimonies today on Spark..where gals got healthier and found joy in exercise..I want that so much. I can do this..with the Lord's help and all you spark friends..Thank you for your support.
