My training is going pretty good. I did day 3 of week 3 today. Next week I move on to 5 minute intervals. Though I am scared, I did 3 minute just fine...so I am sure I will be able to do 5 minute also. And they aren't all 5 minutes...it is broken up. I am most scared for the 20 run I will be doing in two weeks...hopefully, I will be ready by then.
