Last day of week 3

My training is going pretty good. I did day 3 of week 3 today. Next week I move on to 5 minute intervals. Though I am scared, I did 3 minute just fine...so I am sure I will be able to do 5 minute also. And they aren't all 5 minutes...it is broken up. I am most scared for the 20 run I will be doing in two weeks...hopefully, I will be ready by then.

    Interval training on a schedule is fine but you needn't be scared about the schedule. You should only use the schedule as a guide and pay attention to what your body tells you. If your body aches a lot, maybe you should ease up and not go on to the next level. If your body doesn't ache or you don't feel pain, it is safe for you to go to the next level. Just remember that a little soreness feeling after the run that goes away in a few hours is ok in my view. OlderOwl emoticon
