Beat the toughest day, Day 3!

I don't know why, but if a new habit I am trying is going to fail, I usually give up on day 3. Today is day 3, and I stuck to the plan and am feeling great. 1600 calories today, on the lower side because I had about 300 extra calories at girls night yesterday. My nutritionist said sometimes it's ok to have extra calories carry over to the next day, so that's what I did. I feel lighter and more in control already. Proud that day 3 was a breeze, but I know that I need to stay on my guard, because circumstances change and new challenges arise. Good planning is key! :) Farmers market in the morning!
