I realized I was going nowhere fast so I reordered HCG at the end of January. I've lost 43 lbs in 4-5 months. It's been challenging but worth it. I am taking my 1st break from it so that I can stablize and go on my work cruise / convention and eat a bit more liberally. So far so good. I started a moderate Atkins Sunday. The 1st 3-4 days were hard b/c I wasn't used to having an appetite. HCG has a fairly strong appetite depressant effect. But I am adjusting. Need to start exercising more and working out to balance out the extra fats & calories I'm consuming and to also tone my body and stimulate my metabolism.
It will also help with my stress levels which are quite high due to a recent promotion. I am thrilled with the extra $ but have been pretty overwhelmed & working very late hours most nights. I have a huge drawer in the office fridge as well as in my office with some snacks which helps. I need to restock and start cooking some more interesting things. I was on auto pilot for a few months having shakes and salads most days and WAY too much chicken!
I'd love to take another 35 lbs off or more by the end of this year. My major goal is to lose another 55 total. That will be the best feeling in the world folks! Wish me luck! I am very determined to finally do this. This is my year! :)
