Update To Below: It never occurred to me to do a slower workout, immediately after hitting enter on this post it came to me.

I like the idea of 10 minutes as it seems very doable and not overwhelming. I am grateful for sparkpeople and the teams as I am finding even if I do a little posting, I feel more held accountable.
This team in particular, the 10-minute daily exercise streak challenge was appealing as I tend to get grand in my goals and then quickly fizzle out; however 10 minutes a day seems fair and doable.
Four weeks in terms of weight goals can be challenging because I have an all or nothing mentality. However some of my goals are to continue with 10 minutes a day and to post something somewhere on sparkpeople, if even for just myself to keep my presence known...I tend to feel I am short on time and I do not take enough time to post, but I need this for me. (I AM WORTH IT!!!)
Week 1 went GREAT I worked out everyday for at least 10 minutes, however week 2 I am challenged and fearful that I will not get back on track as I have gotten sick. I am not a doer with exercise, however I really (this time) want this, and even tried to get on the treadmill for 10 minutes and stopped after 2 verifying, I am truly sick.
This coupled with too much orange juice to get better as it's ruining my calorie count in spite of eating less is a bit discouraging.
I will say all day I have been at a loss, but even in writing this post I feel inspired to do some exercise...
* my body is weak but my head is willing...I will succeed!*
