Well today I start my journey with herbalife. 2 meal replacement shakes a day, daily vitamins, and tea. Healthy snacks as well as a healthy meal. Today at work I was really busy and the hardest part of being really busy at work is i don't seem to have time to eat all of my snack. My goal for tomorrow is to make sure that i get my snack in. I was very skeptical about replacing two meals with shakes today but it went rather well. As for exercise today i rode my bike to Zumba, only about a mile, Zumba was about an hour, and then took the long way home which is about 2 miles.
Another thing i am gonna do is use my it works products. I am gonna take my greens everyday. And i think i am going to do a wrap this weekend too:) My goal is to get into the habit of using the defining gel everyday that i have. Also to take the fat fighter when i eat something a little more fatty for supper, cause i mean really i don't need fat fighter with fish.
My biggest challenge of the week ahead is going to be Sunday, we are having a birthday party for my niece. I am also going to go golfing with my dad. I am pretty sure volleyball on Wednesday night will be a challenge too.
Here's to actually getting a good nights sleep, snack time first.
