Sometimes, I don't know why I torture myself with this. I set goals and then forget about them, or make them so rigid that I can't stick to it.
So........ let's try something different.
My summer goals:
1. When you work out, give it your best effort.
2. Don't forget me - I always am doing or thinking of others. I need to pamper myself and make sure to do something just for me.
3. Enjoy life and enjoy the summer! My cherished great nieces and nephews will never remember that I lost 2 pounds in one week - they WILL remember that we went to the drive in theater, went to the playground, played in the water sprinkler.
