Poof, here it is the middle of June already! I'm sorry to say that I have been falling into my old habits since the end of May. So, I have created a 30 day challenge to kick start my summer starting on Saturday. First, I will be juice fasting over the weekend (except one meal out on Sat. for hubby's b-day) which will hopefully help me kick all the sugar and salt cravings I have been having and indulging in. Once the weekend is over, I will be committed to staying in calorie range each day and maximizing fruits/veggies.
As for exercise, 30 minute minimum each day including: Hot Yoga once per week, 30 min. runs 3 x week, and dancing for myself (not group rehearsal) a minimum of 1 time per week.
I'm very excited to get started on this challenge. Today and tomorrow I am focusing on drinking all my water and tracking calories.
