Work is getting busier with this nasty heat (think A/C company in the desert during the summer) but I am still stealing away time for my workouts - indoors, of course! Jillian Michaels DVD's, Yoga on YouTube and Amazon, an elliptical machine and a recumbent bicycle help me to keep moving. A LOT!
I am finally noticing an ever so slight reduction in the squishiness around my mid section, where I tend to gain weight.
Most women gain in their hips and thighs... and they still look like women. I look more like an egg, not like this woman pictured.
But I'm happy to say that now I feel and look more like this when I slip into those same jeans!!!
And it didn't even hurt!
I still have plenty of squishiness to work on, but the point is there is a little less of it now. I am feeling more comfortable in my skin and I am a little more forgiving of my imperfections.
