Trainer Session #3

As expected, this morning I felt muscles I did not know that I had.......but back to the gym I went! emoticon
So glad that I did, we did shoulders and abs today! I am sure I will feel it tomorrow! emoticon
I started off on the treadmill and then did some weights and abdominal exercises, finished up on the treadmill as my cool down.
I am so excited to be on this journey with my trainer, I know that I can do it!
Today another 'exerciser' told me that Kayla had lost over 100 pounds! I am so impressed now and know that if she can do it, so can I! I have the perfect trainer that understands my journey!

Tonight I am working, actually I am working the next 3 nights so will blog when I can while at work emoticon I plan on continuing with my squats, lunges and crunches while I am away! Meet with Kayla again on Monday afternoon!
