I wish I could say I have had a wonderful june so far but as my weight goes I am up four pounds this week.
Jazzercise 2 month deal is coming to an end.
Burning 500 calories more or less has not done a thing to bringing down my weight.
I did a presentation on protein and I was very nervous but it went well.
July is coming a vacation. First plane ride so It will either cure me or kill me.

    Why is it when we think we have done everything right the scale does not cooperate

    I know how you feel about the weight going up even with exercise. Last week I gained I could not believe it. But I am focused this week and writing every bite down. Hope your day was a productive on.

    emoticon about the weight but I feel your pain. I have exercised for 5 weeks, watched everything that I eat and I am drinking my water and I have not lost 1 ounce! Hope you have fun on your vacation. Spark On! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

    I suggest you carry some mints or some sort of gum to chew in the event your ears clog up on that first flight .... you can just keep swallowing but so much easier with something to chew or suck on ..... I have an awful time with my ears clogging up ..... I also went up 3 pounds and have just managed to lose them .... such a struggle we all have my friend ... Roc

    Sorry to hear that burning 500 calories more did not help you any. Did you add a few more calories to you day to day eating? when you exercise more you need to add a few more. I know that makes no sense to your brain but it dose to your body.
