I didn't want to, but i did....

so today i was to do my insanity and hip hop abs that i set out for myself to complete...That means today was insanity- max recovery and hip hop abs- fat burning cardio 2 and ab sculpt 2...thankfully it's a rest day for push

Well, do you think i wanted to do those workouts today? NOPE!!! not at all...i put them all on and pushed through them...not feeling like i gave 100% but I did make it through...and i'm glad i did! I always regret a workout that i didnt do but in this case this month has been harder for me...I have not lost any lbs at all in the last 2-3 weeks...and while my eating has been ok, i did have 3 parties to go to(hey they had LOTS of dancing)....and i did eat as well as i could at a friend's bbq... but still..not the greatest....and those darn lbs dont move!

i'm losing inches and could be gaining muscles, and i know i'm down inches in these last 3 weeks but it's so hard to appreciate that when you want the scale to show your hard work too...

But, i will hang in there and keep at it...i've got a long way to go yet for my final goals and it takes time...Plus, MUSCLE BURNS FAT! so i'm going the right way even if i dont always see it on that scale....

Oh, and i do watch the "extras" on the dvd's of hip hop abs and the show transformations and the infomercials for hip hop abs...and i gotta say something...while i'm not putting down those people or their hard work, i wish they'd include a "it took X number of months" there's one woman who's down 15 lbs and 20 inches(or something like that) and she when for a size 22 to a size 12...i KNOW it depends on your body time...etc, etc, but those sizes wouldn't drop like that in canada! i when from a size 22 to a tight 16 so far, and that's 13lbs and 20 inches...and i'm 5' 9.75".......i know it's gotta be the companies making clothes but it's annoying! lol...

Same as the X Weighted's the samething again.... day at a time and hey learning
