I have been lazy this week. I did a lot of volunteering, and then chose napping instead of this blog, or SP. I did have a bad meal on Sunday, which set me back a few pounds, but I am down to 228.8 as of this week, which is still down 1.6 pounds, while I spent most of the week on Prednisone, which caused some weight gain too.
I went to doctor's on Tuesday, and got some results from previous tests. My Hemoglobin A1C was 5.3, which is low. They tested my fasting blood sugar, since I thought I had other tests to run, and hadn't eaten in 10 hours. It was 67. My BP was 93/67, which is normal for me.
My knees still ache a little bit, but once I get going, they tend to stop hurting.I may just be getting old. Hopefully as I continue to lose, they feel a lot better. I have never had knee pain, and it sucks. I may get a bike, since it was suggested to me that it might help with the tightness in my knee joints. So now I am doing maintenance on my body to keep it in working order..lol.
The weather here is beautiful, and I haven't needed AC yet this year. Today is typical... 76 and sunny. I took some of my brother's bread, and went down to the river and fed some ducks. Took about a 45 minute walk, and my goal for the week is going to be getting back to a regular walking schedule, and getting below 227.
