Down 5# & tracking "home" exercise

My working on the house continues and since my last post I decided to be more diligent about tracking my hours of "home" exercise: you know, painting, re-landscaping (how many giant bags of mulch, soil, and yard trimmings can you haul out in an hour or two). I also found out you can "tweak" your back something fierce, just bending over and spraying round-up on invasive crabgrass & other weeds. I'm so thankful I have a pool and jacuzzi to use at the end of the day when I'm in pain and bone tired. -Anyway my hours of home exercise really stacked up.
My neighbor came over the other day to check on me and see how things were progressing at the house. I was so happy to take a break, crack open a bottle of organic wine and just chat and laugh with a good friend. During our chat she told me I looked like I had lost some weight. WHAT?! I told her I didn't think so but would get my booty on the scale.
Well, she was right. I am actually down 5 pounds!
