and yes, I know that ice cream is super yummalicious.
so does your butt, and so do your belly and hips.
put down the spoon.
stop having it EVERY NIGHT after dinner.
you want to fit into the outfit, and you want to sport the bikini and the short shorts, but you don't want to have a wee little iota of self-control in the evenings after eating so carefully throughout the day.
really? aren't you worth it?
aren't you the one who always tells OTHER PEOPLE that they're worth it?
