Realizing some important things....

As I see the fat falling off (at times) I am realizing I have a few more steps to take in this weight loss process.

1. Seeing looser skin in areas that really isn't appealing. This means I have some toning up to do in my near future. If not get started now.

2. That cravings can be a huge challenge to over come. May have to find other tools to conquer those cravings.

I am being more proactive in finding time to exercise or just being more active and getting things done instead of being lazy. Although being a Az resident the summers are always a challenge for outdoor activities/exercise. You either have to do it bright and early in the am or later in the evening.

Of course it's getting close to that TOTM so I'm remembering my previous post about all the struggles I had. Trying to reassure myself this to shall pass. Although I'm still finding clothes that I have not been able to wear for a long time and now they fit. Still not the size I want to be but.... they fit!!!

I'm pretty sure as time goes by, I'm down to a comfortable weight and I've broken all my bad habits I will look back and wonder why I didn't have my epiphany sooner.

    I am realizing some of the same things you are. I have noticed as well that I need to tone up now. I wasn't planning on this... I just thought all I have to do is lose weight and i'll be where I want to be. But, that's not the case, now it's time to hit the weights! Best of luck to you! emoticon

    I can't wait for that moment/s. I'm already double checking when I put some of my smaller clothes on going "am I really fitting into these?" Thanks for your post TIMOTHYNOHE

    Wait until you do the double take in your own mirror. It's has been four years since I reach my goal weight and I still do it.
