emoticon 60 min Nordic walk with DH
emoticon 35 min Nordic walk with DH
emoticon 120 min Ceroc (dance) class with DH
emoticon "Fuctional Fitness" DVD 35 min
Practice tap dancing - 2 days

emoticon 5 min
emoticon 30 min
emoticon 10 min
3. Strength: SP video - 5 days
emoticon - "6 Min Hips, Glutes & Thighs SP Workout" 2X
emoticon " 7 min Seated Arm Workout with Band" 2X

    LOVE the tap dancing !! Glad you have this all set up and written out,, did you put this where you can see it EASILY so you do it???? that'll add to the motivation for those times,,,,if you have a box to check it off,, that its "done" that day,,.
