    LOVE the tap dancing !! Glad you have this all set up and written out,, did you put this where you can see it EASILY so you do it???? that'll add to the motivation for those times,,,,if you have a box to check it off,, that its "done" that day,,.

    Wow, you really have set goals. Are Tibetan rites like slow motion exercises? Have never heard of them. Hope you do well in this challenge.
