Yesterday was pretty great food wise while I did eat 2 slices left over pizza I still stayed perfectly in the middle for calories carbs protein and the low end for fat so I'm happy with the e day. Exercise wise not so much steps were around 4000 and I skipped both my normal workout and the june challenge o well we all need days off and tonight I will get back too it.
Breakfast-pb banana protein shake
lunch- baked cod, cauliflower
dinner-2 slice pizza 1/2 choc protein shake
snack- cantaloupe & slice of turkey deli meat
I'm trying to balance my carbs and protein so between 150-160 of each came pretty close yesterday I think that is my perfect balance so I'm going to keep pushing for that. although I think I'm already off since I didn't have any protein for breakfast this morning as I was in an insane hurry. I'm going to look for some good protein powders in other flavors currently I just have chocolate but I'd like to be able to add it to any smoothie I make and I think a chocolate grapefruit smoothie might be kind of gross lol so maybe vanilla or strawberry or something does anyone have any good suggestions on brands they like? Tomorrow's week 1 weigh in for the summer challenge hoping that it will be a good one!
