This is week two of conqeuring a long time habit of making excuses and emotional eating,
Along with that just finding things that work for me , this journey im on I decided is not going to add more stress to my life, not focus on what im not doing , but more what I am doing to help myself.
Last night I got into my boss' car after a staff meeting as she was giving me a ride home , she is like five foot three or something so a small car she has , nice one but small, before I always struggled to find the other end of the seat belt to click it.
Last night , got it , found it , clicked it no struggles nothing!!!! My boss is used to waiting until I got it, and she is like wow you belted in already!! Sooo that means I am losing somewhere to where I dont have to fight with the seatbelt
I also noticed on the train , I commute daily by train to and from work , I have a little more room to give others ( when I feel like it
) I can give them a whole seat! so some changes I am noticing
my legs are sore though , I do my walking every single day , but I know I need to add more I just not very mobile yet, tonight I am going to do one of the chair workouts if my legs are still sore when I get home from work that is my plan.
Accountable menu so far even got dinner planned today:
Breakfast: WW english muffin w egg/low fat milk /bannana
Lunch: pork loin w rice and vegies/grapes
Snacks: Greek yogurt/Vegie chips/fruit
Dinner: hamburger w WW bun, leaf lettuce, tomatoe/ low fat milk
