Way to I over eat?

After a lot of thinking in the last weeks I think I found out way I eat more then I need.After doing a lot of jojo dieting most of my life,where I have spent o lot of money on "the next diet plan"any faild every time.I think I have found out wath happen to me....Hmmm...Rader I think I have gotten wiser by age.I have not been addressing my reasons for eating the chocolate cake,crisps,and wath ever other thing that comes in my way.Not one pice but 2 and 3 porsons,and maby If it was still some thing left i will stuff my feace with it as well.Well,wath is the reasons you mait ask?Wath I thing is the risens is that evey time I have it difficulty in my personal life I will reach for food and it is sweet food.If I am feeling down one day I will then fool my self in to thinking:Well,wath dos it hurt that I eat cake on so on???I have been good yesterday with eating healty and exercise.Then I feel a 1000 time wors then before I disaided to eat that cake.Then it is a coppol of days of beating my self up over it.And that is how it had been for the last years even longere I think.Well,hey,ho,now I have sorted out the resons way I am doing wath I have been doing I think I am on the right way to getting healthier,so it is just for me to roll up my slefs and start on my new life....

    Emotional eating.... I am so guilty of it! You have taken a huge wonderful step by realizing why you are doing what you are doing. Now you need to find out a positive way to deal with your emotions like exercise! I don't feel too bad when I am sitting there eating what I know I shouldn't be and too much of it but later or the next morning I feel terrible. But we need to remember....we are only human and we make mistakes. We need to get back up, brush ourselves off, and get right back where we left off! emoticon
