Weigh-in this morning - no change, 269.2. No gain, no loss - no worries!!!
Workout yesterday: Treadmill with inclines 30 minutes ---Elliptical 15 minutes
Much better yesterday. I felt pretty good while working out yesterday. I got super sleepy/tired when I got home though. I went to bed at 9:15 last night
enjoyed every drop of sleep.
I knew when I started back to working out that my weight would stall or I would gain. But this too shall pass. I'm 15 days away from my year of exercising so I won't be defeated this late in the game. As I stated yesterday I'm seeing changes in my body and that's a good thing.
So as for my food intake yesterday I did pretty good. I was quite shocked when I put in my food that I was waaaayyyy under my calories for the day. Good thing I ate that almond joy last night
or I wouldn't have made 1000 calories. Okay that's not a good thing to eat candy but I did.
So for today I will continue on this journey and things shall improve and the weight will come off. My next goal weight is 266 so I need to lose 3#s soon. No I will lose 3#s and soon.
Unfortunately today my sinuses are trying to attack me but I will not go back to this cold thingy. This is how I started out with the bronchitis in the first place. Time to go on the attack.
