first day back to the gym

so i went to the gym bright and early this morning. the power kept going out since we're due for severe storms in pennsylvania. anywho, i did cardio and hip ab/adductors and the torso rotation machine at pf. i didn't set a goal going in since i wanted to figure out a baseline of calories to burn. today i burned 307, so the goal tomorrow is to burn at least 500. i think i can do it, i used to work really hard at the gym. i still have to do insanity later tonight so i'm sure that will help me for the day.
i put on a pair of my favorite pants this morning and they didn't fit like they used to :/ this is disappointing, but at the same time it's a reality check. it's time to lose some weight!
