I changed my workouts yesterday and started turbulence training. The strength training part took about 40 mins and the intervals 20 mins, so I was all done in 1 hour. I like the fact that the program changes every 4 weeks and I enjoyed the workout, even the intervals. I am continuing with my walking and yoga program so I am sort of back on track. My eating has been fairly clean as well and my stress levels are back down.
