I'm still on that one. I lose a lb, then gain a lb. At least I'm still below 200 and that works for me. I'll keep working on it and keep losing a little here and a little there. Perhaps by next summer I'll get to my ideal weight. I know when I get some more of this off my joints will start feeling a lot better.
