Oh crud. Stepped on the scale this morning and.....
Well, I am only up a pound and a half from my original target, but I am six pounds above my new target. NOW is the time to stop, buckle down and take things more seriously before I gain more poundage.
So back to tracking and measuring every single bite I eat. Apparently, eye-balling it did not pan out so well, and I'm definitely not toning up.
