Yesterday was another good day. Minimal stress but that was at the end of the day so it didn't make a big ruffle.
I did the Chris Freytag Walk workout with strength training segments. I've done that twice this week and decided that I am going to make that a weekly goal going forward. I love my sessions with the trainer too but feel like I need some more focus on my arms so I am getting that with this DVD.
My food choices were mediocre yesterday. I didn't go over my calories by much, considering we took my mother out for Chinese food last night, but I ate some snacks during the day that weren't the best. Today I am going to focus on eating healthy all day.
Me time: I guess I can count my exercise time as me time but that might be a stretch. Really didn't have any downtime yesterday.
Update on Mom:
My mother is enjoying having the women around all day/night. According to the caregivers there has been less hallucinations. I'm guessing because of the stimulation. The downside is that I found out yesterday that I am being charged for the night hours too because they are awake. Yikes! The agency owner is trying to work something out and I have been thinking where we can reduce the hours. I just think it's a shame that it costs more to keep someone in their house than it does to put them in a place. What is wrong with this picture?!
