I have been meaning to write a blog for days now, always something to do that stops me.
So last blog I said I was promising myself I would track everything I ate ...fail there.
I am eating healthily but not tracking. A friend wants me to start WW with her next week, maybe if I am paying for it I will do better with taking the time to keep track.
In exercise news I have a new trainer who I just love. A nice young girl with a body to die for. Of course she is in her 20's so that helps. lol But she really is changing my body. I am only down about 2 pounds since this whole personal trainer thing started but I definitely am down some inches. I only have 2 more sessions paid for with her then I have to sit down with the manager of the club and talk about money. I am hoping I can afford to meet her at least once a week.
In other news summer is off to a good start. I am busy at work and my daughter is also getting alot of hours at her job. we are getting used to living together again, not an easy thing for any of us, but things are much smoother this month.
I am going to a Fleetwood Mac concert on the 28th and I really hope to hit the 150's by then, still about 3 pounds away but WW should help with that.
This is my daughter sitting on our roof, it probably sounds weird but we spend alot of time up there because the view is gorgeous and great at night for star gazing.
Well that's about it for now I very sore today from yesterdays workout and have a long day at work ahead of me. I was up very late watching the Bruins :(
