Days 3 & 4 of the 10 Day Cleanse

B: Smoothie & one piece toasted sprouted grain bread with almond butter
L: Part of a smoothie (my Dad made his first Nutriblast with the NutriBullet my sisters and I got him for Fathers Day) and Salad in a Jar with added cooked quinoa
S: Restaurant: Rad Na Stir Fry: Bok Choy, Broccoli, Onions, Peppers, Mushrooms over rice noodles (delicious)!
Snacks: Apple; Smoothie with 1/2 banana, almond dream beverage & 1/2 tsp cocoa powder; two spoonsfuls of cold quinoa & black beans (leftover from Monday night's supper)
B: Same as yesterday, but with slightly different smoothie ingredients
L: My last salad jar, with added cooked quinoa
S: Quinoa/Black Bean Casserole (reheated from Monday night's leftovers)
Snacks: Celery @ almond butter, Apple @ almond butter
Feeling good so far!
