I saw these Baked Egg Cups on a list of high protein snacks and thought "Hey, I can do that...".
So, I woke up a little early and made them. It was fairly easy. I did skip using the spray oil and added some spinach.
I was surprised by how much the ham shrunk up but I was using very thin ham. Maybe next time I will try it with a little thicker ham.
Anyone have any other awesome SP recipes they have tried?
