This is so true, I really need to start truthfully paying attention to my desire to be healthier/thinner when I go to grab that extra something!

How about you?

This really rings true for me. I say I want this, but why then, is it so hard to just do it. So, I really have to say yea, I do want to lose a few, I do want to be more fit, more flexible, I really do. Sometimes, I tend to just feel like, "I'm already good enough", which I am, I'm happy with the way I look, but, I want to be "healthy", for the rest of my life. I want the rest of my life to be able to "move" and stay active. So, yes, I want it!!!
Thanks again, Deb, luv it!!!

Well, for now it is. I just need to find a way to keep that desire strong. It's so easy to fall back on bad habits when I start feeling a little better about myself ... and it's so easy to end up feeling bad because I have let go of what I know works. I'm on a roll for now, though. Fingers crossed. emoticon

This is absolutely the must ask yourself "how badly do I want to eat that, or how badly do I want to be thin/healthy/fit?"
