It's Plain Porridge with raisins, nuts and 1 bar of thin cadbury chocolate.
But it was very yummy, very hot, soothing and satisfying on a miserable rainy British summer day. It tasted the same as the chocolate bar, but with more oomph.
I loved the pecans and giant raisins and almonds - it was heavenly. I got my kick and multiplied the protein by 4 of what I would've gotten by eating 1 bar.
421kcals well spent in my opinion.
Oh - forgot to mention - another milestone, I guess - had to buy a belt to make sure my new size 12 jeans don't slip - high time for new jeans...
