This site is the best place on earth to try to loose weight and keep it off. There is so much information here that it is almost impossible to harvest it all. But you better try.

I have been here four happy years . I am so glad I came and stayed ,right now I am going through pre-menopause . I need every ounce of info I can get my hands on in order to maintain my current weight. Here is some of what I use in my journeys.

My friends spark people pages are loaded with great ideas and inspiration. The daily articles on weight loss and food are a much appreciated. I belong to a few teams and some I co-lead. It helps to get me here every day and I so love to cheer others on.

I love the free exercise tapes especially the 10 minute ones which are great when you are pressed for time ,or just want to try something new. I love the inspirational quotes here and some of my friends on Facebook love them also when I post then often. The quizzes are a load of fun and a great learning tool.

I love the spark recipes section . I especially love that they have hundreds of recipes just on zucchini beneficial to me and my garden. Most recipes are low fat and nutritionally dense.

I also love the trackers. It is so easy to put in your exercises or get new ideas. It is great to track your progress. The same can be said for the food tracker I love making sure I am eating healthy and getting the proper nutrients.

There is so much and more to this site .Please let me know what parts of this site you use the most and why ?. We can all learn together and isn't that the best part?

    I pretty much use everything, sometimes I need motivation, so I love quotes, and motivational stories from other sparkers. Everything you need right here. emoticon emoticon

    I use the food tracking. It keeps track not only of calories but I have mine set up for the nutriments I need to keep healthy. Calcium, foliate, sodium, potassium and others that help me choose the right food for me.

    I love it all but the food tracker and the exercise tracker are the most vital to me. The articles are so full of information and I have learned running technique in addition to other nutrition resources too. There are so many things that I have learned and the fact that they offer it for free is simply amazing. I do try to buy the books and cookbooks to support them since what I have gained from them far outweighs the cost of the books!

    There is a lot of great stuff on this site but my favorite part of the site.... the friendships I've made. I love the blogs.... learning from others how they are working to improve their health and reach their goals.

    I love the sense of community through the teams we join (and lead) that speak to our particular passion/interest/goals.

I of course love the blogs that people post and doing my own daily journal. It's truly enlightening!!

    I am like you. I use almost all of it and I try to do it everyday. Some days I can use more of it than others. It just depends on the amount of time that I have available for my own stuff on the site.
