They say that anything you can do for 21 days becomes habit. My goal is to log 500 minutes a week of exercise and a daily CICO deficit of 800 a day.

I can do that.

    This is great, I was going to ask what CICO was, then I figured it out (Calories In, Calories Out).

800 is a stretch goal for most of us. I know you can do it. That's about 1.6 pounds a week. emoticon
