Today, other than coughing at various times, I do feel like I am breathing easier. I have made mindful healthy eating choices.
snack - oatmeal and coffee
Breakfast - home fries, bacon, fruit cup and coffee
lunch - ham and cheese roll up - no bread
dinner - beans and franks, salad, potatoes, milk
snack - cherries and chocolate cream cheese dip
Not perfect, but not bad, keeping in mind to not eat eggs, and try to avoid soy.
I also walked at least 2 miles. I went to a knitting/crochet group at the library and met some new people, created one of my crocheted "unpottery" pieces (see my photos). I have found out about a couple of library jobs, and am sending out my resume for the fun of it.
Focus - better sleep, breathing, daily walking, healthy eating.
One day at a time, I am doing it. Getting healthy IS my job.
