I have had a rough week so far. When I get stressed out I lose my appetite. This may seem like a good thing when you are trying to lose weight but I have been feeling like crap because I can't seem to force myself to eat enough. This is also finals week for school so this is just bad timing all around. I did a little better today but still having headaches and feeling light headed due to lack of nutrients. I know I need to eat I just literally can't get much down. Hopefully this passes soon because although my goal was to lose weight it was also to get healthy. This is certainly not healthy!
