motivated from demotivation

i was tired and frustrated and annoyed. i was feeling so unmotivated. i thought about just laying down and going to sleep. The feeling ticked me off i decided to go out side and do some yard work. Ater 5 minutes it started to raining. i put everything away and ried to do an ecercise but the intensity was not there. it stopped raining and i went back out for about 20 minutes, but it did get some weeding done. then i came in and sulked a bit then went into my basement and pushed myself into doing a 35 minute intnse workout. feeling a bit better now.

i really dislike feeling that crummy.

    It is often true that lack of motivation CAN trigger a reaction of REAL motivation. New day ahead and you can make the exercise a priority today.
