Re-inspired and re-motivated

So today I stopped in just to browse the dresses at David's Bridal but I got ambushed the moment I walked in the door. I ended up trying on a few dresses but had to quit early. I had donated blood earlier in the day and after a few dresses I felt rather faint, hot and more than a little queasy. But before that I got to see myself in a few dresses. Nothing I fell in love with, but all were nice. The main thing I realized is that I would really like to be a few sizes smaller before I actually buy my dress!! So, as the title says, I am re-inspired and re-motivated!! Time to get serious about the veggies and fruits again. I had been doing so well and then it just kind of tapered off and the exercise lever needs to be put in a higher gear- I've been coasting and enjoying the weight I have lost so far (23 lbs). It is ok to appreciate what I have accomplished so far, but it is now time to finish the journey!!
