first day of attempting to diet

I did well all day trying to diet.. and failed at the end by eating a tuna sandwich AND a muffin. :( Gym tomorrow morning for real!

    You probably ended up with the sandwich and the muffin at the end of the day because you were "dieting" during the day. Plan your meals out to include satisfying filling foods and allow for snacking. Don't feel like you have to eat "diet" foods that are bland and tasteless. Explore the spark recipes and eat good food that is good for you!! Everything in moderation and you will be successful!! emoticon

    My dear friend, perhaps you will have more success tomorrow if you preplan your food choices. That's what works for me! I cannot wait to choose what I want when I'm hungry, b/c I will choose that darn muffin or tuna sandwich instead of the fabulous salad without dressing that I really want!

    don't call it a diet... call it a change of lifestyle or eating habits and you will be more success mentally at this
