I have been exercising more often and eating a much healthier diet. I have a much better feel about the journey this time than the times before. I have been reading the spark and this time things seem to make much more sense. I know it is about the little steps and about changes and not giving up even when I make a misstep. I have walked or done something everyday to exercise and feel better. I do feel better and I am coping much better with the stress in my life. For the first time in a long time I know that I am making good changes and feel so much better about myself. I also know that I have a lot to do differently and will continue to take those steps everyday.
