Today has been an OK day food wise. I ate half way decent...until about 5 minutes ago...
Menu for today. I get 26 points plus a day...
Breakfast: Multi grain cheerios and skim milk with one packet of splenda
Activity: two thousand seven hundred and sixty one steps
Lunch: Kraft American cheese slice with lettuce, tomato on low calorie wheat with one cup frozen green peppers
Snack: 2 very small handfuls of peanuts
Dinner: grilled chicken burger from weight watchers with corn, baby ears and stewed tomatoes
Snack #2: about eight m and m's candies
Dessert: Fiber one oats and chocolate bar and one container of healthy choice Greek frozen yogurt
I now have only four points left. I got in ten green diamond "filling foods".
Have not had M&M's in 6+ years...since beginning weight watchers.
Also an update on mom....She called me tonight and is out of the hospital and is in rehab center.
She said she gets therapy tomorrow.
